How to use it
- Enter your meeting details.
- Add your guests: Click + Add guest, enter their name, then search for their country. For countries that span multiple time zones (like the US or Australia), a second dropdown will appear so you can pick the right region.
- Click Calculate: The tool instantly shows the local time for every attendee, along with the date in case the meeting crosses midnight. Anyone joining at an awkward hour is flagged with a warning.
- Add to Calendar: Found a time that works for everyone? Add the meeting to your calendar.
